Cleaning the room is the responsibility of the rentee; all cleaning must be done according to the cleaning checklist provided at time of rental. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in forfeiture of part or all of the room deposit.

Ann's Bridal does not accept other caterers in this facility. Cakes and punch are the only exception. All other food must be ordered through Ann's Bridal.

If rentee opts to have cake and punch from an outside source and rent dishes from Ann's, there will be a clean-up charge for us to wash dishes. The clean-up of the room is still the responsibility of the rentee.

With the exception of extra labor, your invoice must be paid in full before your event.

 

Extras
Ivory satin-stripe tablecloths may be rented for $3 each. Other cloths, napkins and skirting are available through our rental department for a nominal fee.

*All dishes, flatware, serving pieces and rental equipment are available through our rental department for a nominal fee.

Our floral department is available to meet your specific floral needs. They are happy to meet with you by appointment to give you a quote. 

*Labor for setup, serve and clean up - 1 person for each 25 guests expected with a minimum of $100. Example: For 125 guests one would have 5 workers at $20 per person per hour with a minimum of 5 hours. This would give 1 hour set-up, 3 hours reception time, and 1 hour for clean-up.

Dinner, lunch, breakfast and appetizer menus are available for you to choose from. We love special requests and suggestions. You are required to use Ann's catering, with the exception of wedding cake and beverages.

*Not applicable if a full dinner is booked.
